Default What's for Breakfast?

Hey All!

I am always trying to change up my Greys' diet.....not just for good nutrition but also to give them some variety.

It is Saturday, so Cracker Jack and Cookie got the "Royal Treatment" this morning. I served them up a delicious "quiche" with egg, squash, brocolli, tomato, and a bit of cheese; they also had some bananna and whole wheat toast on the side. They were quite pleased!

So, for an exchange of ideas, tell us what your fids had for breakfast today!

Mmmmm...can Ollie and I come eat with you guys in the morning??

For breakfast this morning Ollie had the usual- an avicake, 2 nutriberries, an almond, and fresh pellets. Breakfast is not usually a fresh yummy meal- I'm typically in a rush for either class or work, so I don't have time to cook or wait around to take away the food when she's done. Later today she'll have some bean/veggie/rice mix, some birdiebread, and probably some of mommy's plum.

Kady had Birdie French Toast (Grilled Health Nut bread dipped in egg and Cinnamon) chopped Zucchini, grated Carrot and some Papaya. He said the Birdie French Toast and Papaya were great and who the heck thinks they're being funny by sticking Carrots and Zucchini in the dish!

Kita had Banana, Apple, Nutriberries, Pellet Medley (Harrison's, TOP and Lafeber) mixed with some GoldenFeast Granola and Almonds.

Ollie loves hamburger! She especially loves her mommy's meatballs! Stuff like that is not something you want to feed very often, but a little bit every once in awhile is fine. Ollie gets a fork full of meatball about once a month.

Hmm lets see eve had Scrambled egg, pear, cantaloupe, strawberry, pine nuts, zucchini bread, and green peppers. I'm home all day so eve also gets a light fresh lunch...green beans with yogurt, mango, kiwi, squash. Dinner.....fish, potato, green pepper. Everyday is different here.

Sheesh, I want to move in with you! Eve has a much better diet than I do, that sounds like a pretty darn good human menu. My MD would be thrilled!
