Is definitely through their stomaches! I have been cooking for most of the day at my mum's and brought the fruits of my labor home for my fids to sample.They loved the roasted chickpeas, Silk polished a whole serve off then dashed over to the side where I was watching to beg for more (she is really good at convincing me she 'hasn't' had any and is starving

) Biscuit and Ollie really liked the sweet potato puffs that I made, though Pepper was a bit miffed about getting her beak dirty and kept wiping it clean every few minutes. I have put the rest of what I made into the freezer, tomorrow they can try corn meal flan with sweet potato puree, rice medley with organic red currents

, then later on maybe try the sweet rice pudding thing that I am having a go at making tomorrow. My freezer is so full of bird food that there is almost no room for human food!
I felt so proud of myself watching the ringies polish off the food I made, the tiels had a bit of the sweet potato puffs which they seemed to like, I have given myself a good pat on the back.
Now if I could only cook that healthy for myself I would be laughing (and skinner too

)
