Talking while Flying?

For those of you with flighted talkers. Have you ever witnessed your bird talking, while in flight? Just a minute ago, Ollie took off from her gym to her hoopball, and as soon as she left the perch she called out "GO YER BALL". The "Go" was right about when she took off. The "Yer Ball" was definitely said while in full flight. I've never heard her make any noise while flying before, besides a scream. If she's somewhere she's not supposed to be, I will ask her if she wants a squirt. She takes off and lets out a full fledged scream- she's so dramatic!

Jerry will sometimes screech in flight, but no talking that I've heard.

I though wild birds vocalize when they take flight. Kind of telling their flock "Hey! I'm taking off! See ya!" That's what I have noticed with the parrots and some other birds in flight around here as well as in movies.
