Default Survey participants?

I've started working for my avian vet, Dr. Susan Orosz a while back. She is my mentor and she knows it and she tries to help me and teach me everything she possibly can. Every day I am there, I learn something new, whether it is from her or from a phone call which I don't how to answer and listen to her answer it. I answer phones, schedule appointments, clean the rooms, clean bird crap, feed birds, weight birds, sweep floors, whatever is needed. I'm there to listen and to learn. My small goal now is to start traveling with her and I will be traveling with her in October. She knows my main interest is in companion parrot behavior compared to their behavior in their native habitat with my main focus on the larger cockatoos. She has even begun to let me come in to her appointments and give my opinion and suggestions to clients who are having behavioral issues with their birds. She also asks me to come in and inform the clients on toys, toy products and how they may help with behavioral issues. This really excites me and I feel like a kid in the candy store. But I get so excited to see how excited the clients get when they begin to understand or see how the information correlates with their bird.
I've asked her if I could write a couple of papers for her to review on parrot behavior and specific parrot behaviors. She agreed. I asked her if she agreed with what I had said if I could possibly sit them in the lobby for her clients. She agreed again. I have written my first one and have submitted it to her. She is in the process of reading it now but admitted she has not yet finished it. She told me yesterday she found one of my views very interesting and important and even called a bird behaviorist to discuss it. From there I don't know where it went, but will soon find out.
Where I am going with this is, the other day she as asked if I would put together some information sheets on specific species of parrots who tend to have behavioral issues. Just some basic generalizations, fact and suggestions that we can hand out to different clients. I have been doing a lot of reading but also wanted to come here and ask for your opinions on your birds. I want to get the opinions, facts and information from people I know who actually own the particular parrot species in which I will gather some information. So I will start with a certain species and will start the thread in that specie's forum on here. I just wanted to come here first and give an explanation of what I was doing and why.
I thank you in advance. The birds in which we might be helping by providing some of this information thank you also.

Thanks guys. I really meant to dive in head first on this this weekend, but ran out of time. I'll start this week sometime and I thank you for your kind words and look forward to hearing your individual responses.

Lara, that's awesome! As I've read your materials over the past year or so, I've really appreciated your insights into behavior patterns. Because I'm not physically present, I don't know if you're applying theories you've learned, working from your instincts or going by trial and error. Whatever you're doing, it works!
