Red Talking... video from webcam

Hello, Good Boy, good birdie, big wings, hi Red, hi there.... I think he even says stop that, and MAYBE says how are you but those aren't as clear.

And the dog being an ankle biter, he has this thing for pant legs while people walk... lol... though you can't see him.

I just happened to log onto the webcam to check on him and he was chattering away so I recorded it.

Darn it- I can't get the sound figured out on my parent's computer. I cant wait to watch this as soon as I'm able!

I have it up in the background all day with headphones on to hear it when I have windows open in front of the webcam window ;-} Hearing the big birds play, and the little birds chirp is MUCH better than listening to my office mate anyway. My stress with her has gone down this week!

Besides, One unintended factor - I can hear my Dad. See he's not well and I usually worry about him all day when nobody is home with him a few days a week.... but now I hear him in the background.... kinda nice and reassuring. I can even tell when someone comes to the house based on the animal's reactions; bonus!

If i had a sweet singing voice I'd get a talker. Look how hard they work to learn our songs - errrrrrrrr i mean our phrases.

That is one inspiring idea of yours - viewing your birds while at work - that is what you said right? [bonus with Dad too

] I'd be doing video surveillance for sure if i was able. As it is, we often wonder how Laker's doing when we're out.
