I Tried As Well And The Join Page Kept Coming Up. States U.s. Not Canada. Ended Up Joining But When I Click On Your Link To Vote It Keeps Bring Me Up And Of Course There Is Nothing There........

You have to sign up and then go to the right sidebar and click on the photocontest voting. The pic is on page 30, then just click vote under the pic.
