What species do you think would win a biggest personality contest?
Do you have one and whats he/she like?

I would have to say Caiques,,,they don't talk, they purrrrr and they are just little balls of fun and the biggest clowns
We have Itty Bitty and she is just crazy she loves to hang from our fingers and swing back and forth. Her favorite thing to do is lay on her back in her tent with one of her balls and play wallball

How cute! I almost want a Caique now, all the pictures and the little stories are just getting to me.

I think Parrotlets have the biggest personality. Pickles has proven that she's as much an Amazon as the larger species and she does have a big attitude.

My Nanday Conure has SOOOO much personality. He doesn't realize he is a little bird at all. He is a complete goof!

I've only had in depth interaction with 2 species, tiels and cags, and between the 2 I would have to say cag. Ollie is just such a smarty pants! The other day she was being naughty so I said "Ollie! wanna squirt??" and she responded with "wanna squirt? shoo shoo! (the sound the squirt bottle makes)." She is such a stinker!

I think this contest goes to our big blue goose Angel. Of all our guys she just loves everybody and will go to everyone.I think Hys have that wonderfull personality to begin with but she is just amazing.

I wish I had enough experience with a large number of species, but I can really only respond according to the two I have - and the winner of the Biggest Ham award would definitely go to Jerry. He's larger than life, has no idea he is only 33 grams, and just loves life. He plays nonstop, he talks nonstop, and he flies and zips around everywhere checking out whatever we're doing. I do not know how such a tiny thing can have SO much energy! He makes up the funniest word combinations and nicknames - he calls himself "Jerry G" currently!

Right now he's meowing as his favorite cat walks by and grasping his bell in one foot and ringing it. He's also muttering to himself "little budgie......*meow*.....that's a good birdie...."

Caiques hands down. I am not biased or anything *grins* but Higgins would win any personality award, anytime! He talks, sings, dances, and is a constant laugh. I love watching him bounce around the floor like a kangaroo, or hear him blow me kisses and announce that 'the birdies out!'.

From the birds I have now, since most of y'all know me pretty well......Miss Chaska of course. Tjinimin is a close 2nd though! I wish I could have a Caique too!
