Leigh thank you so much for letting us know about the show. I watched every minute of it. Awesome, spectacular, breath taking....I could go on.

You can see some video here;

Nature . Video | PBS

The video is for sale for 19.99 at PBS. Worth every penny!

That was so beautiful! I had all of the fids in front of the tv and they never took their eyes off it! Occy loved it the most. That was the most gorgeous redhead Ive ever seen!! Mr Buddy made strange whistles, and Alex screamed while the birds were in flight. OMG all those budgies!!!! I could watch it over and over. How bout those black palms? When I first met Shadow, he made those "hellooooo" sounds. I have it on video. Im so happy I watched it!

Fortunately, Mom turned it to PBS just as it was starting. Dad sat down & stayed for the entire hour. It was AWESOME!!!!!!!! I loved the Black Palms as well as the pictures of the smaller TOO's playing.

Leigh, I watched it and was amazed. What a great show!

The Palm cockatoos killed me! They were something else the way the drummed on their tree and nest for their women.

But could you imagine seeking flocks of cocatoos, bungies, etc., fly past your window?

I'm so bummed that I missed this - just found out about it this morning. But I've already gone and ordered a copy. I hear that they showed budgies and tiels in the wild which makes it already worth it for me!!

Oh Sarah, its flocks of budgies, by the hundreds, maneuvering through the sky like acrobats. And they show wild nests with babies being fed by mom. There is a quick snip of tiels but not much. Lots on budgies though, green and yellow. You will LOVE IT!

Awesome! Yep the native budgies are green and yellow - it's the humans who've created all of their hundreds of color mutations!

I can't wait for this to come in the mail! I'll let the birds watch it with me
