It looks like just a bunch of bent PVC connecters and short pieces of PVC. Looks very time consuming...but totally awesome!!

thats all done with 45's and short pieces of 1/2" PVC

We tried the tape on a few of our trees, what a mess when the birds learned they could pick it off...
Fun Fun Fun for them, to the person doing the cleaning...not so fun....LOL

Is it bouncy?
Can't see if the weight of the birds is having any effect on it - maybe you need Arty's Grey to really test it out.

That looks like a fun one to make and a fun one for the fids to piddle with. I still have a lot of just the right things left over to be able to try that lol.
