Oh wow!! I will be moving back to Philadelphia this year (fingers crossed). I am definitely going to open my heart and home to a rescue parrot when I finally settle there. I didn't really know where to begin to find one. I will keep that information for when the time comes.

Pat, what do you have waiting on a home?

If for some reason, the mitred conure I'm adopting from a person who can no longer care for him falls through, I'll definitely get in touch with you. I haven't had much luck with rescues in this area, I have a 10 and 12 year old in the house and always got denied because of that.
