How about a bag of feed + one of those giant macaw toys for a sculpture of Jean, my past two birds, and my currant one? (all small of course nothing big, just when I finally have a desk at an animation studio, it'd be really nice to have that on my desk) if I draw it for you and you look it over can you see if it's qualifyable? I'd make one myself butI don't have the time for it.

it would have to be pretty small if you wanted 4 different birds. also, what kind of "feed" and what toy in particular?

<sigh> me too, I'm the least creative person I know. I can't even design decent toys for my Parrotlets LOL I save all the beads then look at them and think ok, what now.

My ex BF is an oil painter "Pennsylvania Impressionist" and used to laugh that the only talent I had was choosing colors for my walls.

hyacynthlove your work is beautiful. I"ll be pm ing you too, I want a single budgie and have to find a model. (not my budgie)

Well last time I saw one of those giant macaw toys they were like 15-20$ and I'm assuming a decent sized bag of food for your bird is about the same so that's 40$ish and then I have to ship it to you if all goes well. I don't know what kind of food hycaniths need if there's a specific brand let me know and I'll go see about having my distributor I buy from send you some etc since he has a pretty sizable selection of toys if you'd rather me just get straight toys for 40$ then I'll do that but yeah, I'd rather have a lil bitty group of em so I can put it on my desk (if I had large sculptures of parrots on my desk I'd be worried about having a Spasm/seizure mid-day and knocking it over or a co-worker who'd take it) Like, it doesn't have to be super detailed, or big, in my mind I'm picturing it if it's just measuring the lil stick they'd be sitting on, about 5-7 inches depending on if you went from corner to corner or end to end. It may come late though I haven't cashed in my McDonalds winnings yet I think I won the 50K one but I can't remember for the life of me where the pieces are! LOL.

Very interesting - I've never seen anything like them. I liked the presentation - seeing them from all sides. I trained as a sculpture & it is my first love. Sculpture really should be seen from every angle & still be interesting.

What kind of paints are you using? Have you thought of adding iridescent colours, glazing? What size are they? So we will be seenig a Budgie sculpture soon???

I think they could go on the Banner.
