Default Mr Buddy and tiniest perch

A few months back I bought the bottlebrush perch set sized for greys, zons, too, ekkies. Anyway, I gave Mr Buddy a nice diameter perch that had a little skinny twig sticking out the side. I thought he would sit on the big part and chew the skinny. But noooooooooo. He has perched himself on this skinny finger thick twig and wont move! Ive read that greys like thin places to perch. Wayne says bottlebrush assist in the stability so they dont have to grip. Im still worried about his feet though. He has every diameter option in there and picks the twig! Go figure.

hehe sounds cute, but Peanut chooses to perch on leaf twigs also when he has an entire tree.

LOL! I know just what you mean. I swear I can hear the gears turning and see little wisps of smoke coming from Quito's ears as she plots her next maniacal mischief mission! She gets that little twinkle in her eye, and you just know she's up to something. I guess Mr. Buddy must be ok with that tiny branch, you'd think if his feet were bothered, he'd move his perch. Have you tried switching things around? Just wondering if its just the perch, or the spot itself that he's drawn to?

Ill have to take a pic for you to see. The tiny perch is attached to main part, within inches from each other. And he bites me when he's on it! Moody moody boy he is!
