Josh, loved to read about your day picking up Jewel and seeing the wonderful pictures. She is so beautiful!!! Can't wait to read and see more pictures (yes, I said more pictures) with your updates on Jewel. Also, want to hear how your other fids are doing with the new family member. Congratulations!!

I FINALLY got access to the computer for more than a minute since we got back on saturday, my sister's boyfriend has an online poker addiction...So, I can't even begin to tell you how much fun saturday was for me. It was my first experience in such a nice, clean store. And I love the hand sanitizers all over the place. Everybody I met was so great, bird people are wonderful! And I had never considered getting another bird in addition to my Chupie, but then I met the caiques for the first time! I played with those little guys all day, then they took a little nap on my hands. That surprised everybody! I came home and tried to convince my mom to let me get one, or two, or four... I think I almost convinced her, then I told her what they cost and she laughed at me! Oh well, one of these days....In the meantime, Josh and I will just have to drive to jersey every other weekend or so, just so I can play with my babies. Anyway, thanks for being so great all you bird people out there, sorry it took me so long to get back to ya. Chupie's yelling at me for some lovin' so I'll catch you all later! --amanda
