#20 | | | Re: Josh & Jewel So, here we go.... The day was great!!! We got to play with all sorts of cuties, see some friends and in the end my new baby Jewel is home with me. She is such a mush, loves to cuddle.... Shes on top of her cage right now eating and drinking very quietly. I am exhausted, I figue I'll sit down for a minute, then get all of her toys and new perches set up.
It was great to see people from parrotchatter... Morgan's Midori was such a great bird! Very funny, loved to show off. When morgan said "are you pretty," she'd put both wings in the air showing off.
Cindy got jewel some great homewarming gifts, thank you again!!!!
Leigh and Josh, it was a pleasure...
Lisa at todd marcus was absolutley amazing!! Man I wished I lived closer!
After I rest up a bit, I'll get pics of her set up and everything and you'll watch her grow, shes still an ity bity baby at not even 3 months old!!
I came home and Carmen was sitting on the window sill looking outside. Aparently, I forgot to close te food dis door all the way this morning and she escaped... I wonder what she did all day, she seemed very proud of herself and landed on my head the minute I came home.
and last but not least, the drive home took a very long time, lots of traffic. some guy cut us off and for a good hour of our trip, this was the view...........
