we finished up Ivy's room this weekend, so i thought i would post some photos. i was originally going to hang her boing in this room, but i am opting for the living room (right next to this room).

i got the hanging gym on eBay. it's really cool! (some of you may remember the post i made a while back asking about them) i got Ivy on it for the first time tonight, she was a bit nervous of it at first. my husband took some nice photos of her on it, i will post them later.

this cage is going to be her sleep cage once i get her "real" cage, her SS freedom cage which is a good deal bigger. she LOVES her bottle brush perches, chews the heck out of them. she isn't too rough with her toys, but really enjoys playing still.

the photos on the walls are printouts of some of my husband's photography. and my best friend gave us the pirate flag, we love pirates in this house. my husband was actually a pirate (non-speaking) extra in the third pirates movie!

The room looks great - looks like your bird is checking things out. I couldn't find her right off - the cage is very similar in colour!

Very nice Emily..I am sure Ivy will be very happy there. We are thinking about a bird room too...haven't quite made the leap yet tho.
