OMG, I don't think I am going to make it another 28 days of quarantine!!

This morning, new bird figured out how to call back loud enough that the other three can hear her. So now that Meadow knows there is another bird in the house, she WILL NOT shut up!! She is calling over and over and over, and it's driving me batty !! Is this only because it's new, or do I have to deal with this for another 4 weeks???

When Winston was in quarantine there wasn't much contact calling back and forth - maybe for one or two days during the quarantine, but it was much less than I expected. I know that Steph has a Quaker in quarantine right now and I believe she's noticing the same thing I did, that they are quieter than she thought they'd be. So they may quiet down soon.

But I've heard of others who have had their birds nonstop contact call to the quarantined bird(s), so I don't know....

When we first brought Danny & Prinny home Danny and Doyle called constantly for a few days. But then as they settled down more they called less often. I think it should calm down in a few days.
