Default I think Afa has an egg

Does anyone know how long an egg should be in a Goffins? I think Afa has an egg but Im not sure. I feel a little bump under her rib cage. She's been whiny today. Her poops are clear and theres no blood droppings anywhere. How will I know if she's in distress?

I believe that if she was in stress, she'd be crouched down at the bottom of her cage...in a corner. Someone may correct me if I'm wrong, though.

She didnt eat much today but she's not much of an eater anyway. She just whining strange. Almost like a wimper and she is clingy. But she's playing fine. Since she is tiny, I need to know how long an egg should be in her. Just in case it is one and she cant pass it. I cant find anything on line.

She's fine! Jumping all over and torturing me as usual. The whining and whimper she only does when she cuddles up to me so maybe thats a "baby game" She's the master manipulator so I never know. I felt the area again. Its high and just under her keel. Its not really hard. It feels like a water balloon would. Her pelvic bone feels in place and the area above it is hollow. Im wondering if she is in the 3 week period where the egg develops. Im keeping an eye on her though. And Karen, thank you for the prompt reply with links. I appreciate knowing I have you and everyone here for answers.

Leigh, so glad to read that she's not in distress! Those whimpers could also be a sexual invite now that she's getting older.

I was looking for illustrations on anatomy and found a little more info;

There's a section on the Reproductive System;
