Call animal control and file a complaint. this person is clearly mentally ill to boot. If I looked out my window and saw a dead animal in any of my neighbor's yard, I'd be on the phone pronto. and watch out that you don't get charged as well, if another neighbor finds out you knew about it and said nothing. Never know how these things work- people get really emotional over animal cruelty.

Oh no. Poor bird & poor you.. I am horrified - almost as much as you must have been to see the bird & cage this way.

So sorry to hear this dreadful news. Chin up girl - you tried to help. I can' t believe they were so negligent. I totally believe in Karma so i wouldn't like to be him right now.

I am not blaming myself. Everything was fine up to about three weeks ago. I guess he just needed someone to remind him. Had I known, I would have stolen Rainbow and taken him to Lynda's rescue.

Can't he be in trouble with the law for torturing this bird? People with dogs and cats get in trouble. That is absolutely horrible. What a horrible way to die.
