Default (Honey) Treat Sticks

How many of you feed these to your birds? Dakota used to get them quite often, but then I was told to be wary of them. Honey isn't good for our fids, and neither is lots of sugar. Any opinions on this?

Honey is better than sugar. I use a bit to make cupcakes of seed, pellets and dried fruit.

I give them as treats about once a month. I've had no trouble with them.

I give them to Humphrey, but only rarely. My husband works at home, so there is usually someone with Humph most times. I give her these treats on rare occasions that we will both be out all day. It will keep her busy. She doesn't even eat most of it - she just gnaws on it. For ages!

I give one to my cockatiel once a year for his "birthday cake" I don't think they are bad so long as you don't go nuts with them.
