In Colorado, near Denver. I'm trying to place him for someone before he goes to a rescue. I'd split shipping costs in the continental US to get him in a decent home. My understanding is he was abused as a baby and the present owner rescued him but can't keep him with a baby. If anyone is interested let me know.

The owners rescued him when pet smart tried to euthanize him after a crop burn and he has been with them for a long time. Apparently he took to fearing them after adolescence and they have tried for three years to get him comfortable again. Other people have better luck handling him than they do so they want a better life for him.

I hope this baby finds a great home. How old is he? Just curious, not interested, got my hands full with the one I aquired. These guys just have an extra special place in my heart.

I'm thinking about 4 years old. He belongs to a coworker of my wife's and I'm still getting details. I don't know much about toos except that they shouldn't be in close proximity to macaws or else I'd take him.
