"The parrot is a Cherry Head Conure and belongs to my daughter. One of her friends died a few years ago and wanted her to take the bird.
Fred is his name ad he is one miserable so and so. He hates men but
usually loves ladies. No one in my family has ever had a parrot so we
aren't sure how to properly take care of him.
Shortly after his owner died, he started ripping his feathers out and
he still does. When they grow back in, he rips them out. All of his
breast is bare, parts of his wings etc. He will be a challenge for
you. He doesn't talk except to say "mama" and he laughs, other than
that he only squawks. If interested, reply with phone number and I
will have my daughter call to make arrangements for you to see the
naked bird."
