Laker had a full day.
They exhausted themselves worrying every little seed & chewing every stem of the grass they got. They took umbrage at being locked out of the studio & were very noisy and in your face afterwards.
At bedtime they both switched cages & refused to step-up.
I left them to it & went for my desert. I ate it watching them. They flew back & forth & did a lot of singing. As soon as I was daydreaming, Laker flew to the top of his cage, looked at me, turned & climbed down & into his cage for the night. He'd left a singing Rio on top of his own cage. Rio waits for me to get him inside.
Life with birds is pretty silly sometimes.
