science is moving every day... the only thing that can stop it, is the funding being cut off (which happens too often)...

i truely hope that there'll be a cure someday.

I met Dr Ritchie. He sat with my husband and I at a seminar last year. We chatted for some time. He is putting countless hours into the search for a cure. I hope one day he is successful.

Same here. We are truely blessed to have healthy birds. To not have to worry about what could happen while at work, or to pay the vet bills that come or to have the constant heart ache knowing your best friend is suffering and not knowing what will be the last day... I pray they find a cure- soon...

This video is so sad, yet so true. I am hysterical right now. Brings back too many horrible memories of my own personal encounters with this murderer. Even though it was about 6 years ago, that movie brought everything up to the present. Gotta go get more tissues.
