I need advice.
I have two cages I could use for Gem.
One is 20"x20"x20"
The other is 30"x18"x33" high.

If I use the bigger one, I will have to relocate the budgees to one that is 18"x18"x20" because the bar spacing on the 20"x20" one is a little to big for them. Will this be to small for two budgees?

I don't know Susan...20x20x20 seems pretty small for a pigeon. I don't think I want one in anything smaller than 20 wide, by at least 30 across. They have large wingspans, and he'll need to be able to stretch out. Mollie is bigger than Ollie (with the exception of head, neck, and feet!). For the pigeon's sake I'd say put him in the larger one. I'm sorry, I can't comment on the budgie's though. I don't know what is too small for 2 of them...
