Just had something strange happen and I wonder if I will hear anything back about this.
The phone rang with one of those lady survey weenies on the other end, and she went right into her spiel before I could even begin to cut her off with a polite but firm “No thank you” and a hang up.
So I was able to catch the last part of her practiced and surprisingly well presented pitch, which happened to be that she was only interested in the females of the house for this survey.
If there were any females in the house, could she please speak to them, to which I responded that yes indeed there were females in the house, four here and a fifth one at work, but that she could not speak to them.
She was rather adamant and her tone became very cold quickly as she repeated her request to speak with the females of the house.
Again, I refused her access to them telling her that I spoke for them and knew for a fact that they had nothing to say to her.
“I wish to speak to one of the females in the house right now!” is what accosted my ear from the handset.
I told her “I’m not going to let them out of their cages just yet.” When right at that time Ruby my CAG lets out this blood curdling scream as she dangles from her favorite play toy in her cage swinging back and forth beating her wings and making a ruckus.
The last thing I heard from the phone was “Oh my God!” and dead silence as she hung up.
Now I’m sitting here waiting for the G-men to come and take me away, lol.

that's too funny.... yeah, don't let those females out of the cages just yet... nobody know what that would cause - they could poop all over the place, bite you, scream and then you might have to towel them to get them back into the cage..... the least you could do is provide some water and bread before covering them up for the night
