Tonight on The Bird Talks our special guest speaker will Irena Shultz and the now Famous "Snowball" the Dancing Cockatoo!

For those of you who may not know Irena. Here is a little bit of info on her:

I have had birds all my life (all 47years of them) and can't imagine life without them. I began singing at the age of three and learned how to play the guitar later in life. I've composed many songs throughout my life and continue to sing and play guitar in church. I am a Molecular Biologist by trade and worked in research at both Rush Medical Center and University of Chicago. Since I have an inquisitive mind, I began collaboration with Dr. Ani Patel at the Neurosciences Instititute in San Diego, CA on cognitive music studies involving Snowball the dancing cockatoo. Throughout my 47 years of life, I have learned much about parrots, their care, and their personalities. The main thing I have learned from being around them all my life is that we actually know so very little about birds because of their diversity and complexity.
