So Eve has chewed through the aviator harness at the spot the harness cross it self in the front. So I emailed them and they went so far as to not only replace the harness for free, but the double welded all the stitching on the harness for Eve! It meant that they had to reset their machines just to create this one harness. They set their machines to run 750 piece at a time. How incredible is that! What a great company!

I do have it, they emailed me to tell me that they were sorry it took so long, a week, and that it would be on it's way, It got here today. The pic I sent them was the pic of the old one, but you can't see the chewed part, so I figured they could use it.
