Fred is assumed male, I guess his little hormonal dance he does is considered male behavior. I have no idea, no one has ever confirmed that with me. Maybe someone here can? I call it his chicken dance, he goes back and forth from one foot to another, honking all the while. Once he grabbed Billy's head with one of his feet. Do the males grab the females by the head when they're mating?? ROFL
Skittles is assumed female, I think because she was wanted to be female, and also because she is very submissive and loving. She's never laid eggs or done anything that would point in either direction, to my knowledge anyway. I just continue to refer to her as a her. |
