Default Do you all have play areas in your cages?

Chipper has a very large cage and she uses it all! I have play stations all the way down and around her cage. Different toys with a perch. Do you all have play stations?

Nope, not Ollie. I make sure there is plenty of room for her to safely flap her big wings around! Plus, she doesn't just like to chew on toys, she likes to grab on, flap, and swing in circles!

She has no more than 4 toys in her cage at a time, and I rotate them for new ones every week or so.

Dakota has quite a few toys in his cage, but only because its huge for him and there is still plenty of room for him to flap safely.

Well if ya ask my fids, the inside of their cage IS a play area. Sophie rarely ever flaps in her cage. Always climbing and jumping around. As well as attacking anything she fit to. Now that I think about it, all of the fids are like that!!! Except Benji not so much. He's my perch potato.

It is hard to tell, but Chipper can fly in her cage. That is important. She is out a lot also. We also have lots of playgyms. She just seems to like little special areas to do diff. things.

Pita doesn't fly, he just falls...so the more things in his cage to catch him the better...lol

Schroeder loooooooooves to chew so he's got lots of toys in his cage. Sometimes he just likes to attach them while hanging off the side, and sometimes he'll use a perch but they are all accessible.

Not sure if I'd call them stations, but he's definantly "well equipped" as well

I have boings and such in the cage for my caique and GCC, but the bigger birds have their playstands and boings for when they are out. They have lots of toys in their cages. Play areas in the cages are not feasible with the macaws LOL!
