Default dirty pool with the fids

so, anybody else ever play a little dirty pool with their birds to get them to do or eat something? Sophie has just been super frumpy with this molt. She has that gloomy Gus look down pat!! Half heartedly she comes down to her food bowls eating only the nuts. Pine first then what ever else there is. Almost nothing else. Bowl of mash waisted.

So I play a little dirty pool I did. Of the Ultimate Blend I usually feed her for dry mix, the Zupreem is always left behind. So today I filled her dry bowl with Zupreem. Guess what? Lil miss frumpy butt ended up in a much better mood tonight. She ate all her mash!!

Good way to do it, is that like you "you snooze, you lose". Poor birdie had to eat should it be the last meal.

Been there, done that! Our recent diet change involved a little tough love also. That old saying, "This is harder on me than you" Is so true!
