Thanks to all of you. This board is great. Such caring people.

I will call the person tomorrow who I have spoken to about the CAG. I will ask them what they will consider and then let you all know. If they are interested, then I will let them and the potential new person talk and disucuss the details. I am just trying to assist the person in locating a new home. They were referred to me, by someone who knows me.

I will check back in tomorrow evening after I get home from work.

Thank you all again.

Kathie,
You are such a sweetheart. That offer is very generous and much appreciated. I am not sure if I am ready for two at this time. You never know what the future will bring though.

I just spoke to a family member. It seems they may be having second thoughts. They need to be sure and I will speak to them in the near future about this. I will let everyone know what their decision is. It seems they may not get back to me for another few days. I want what is best for the CAG and the family. I wil make sure whatever that decision may be, it is the right one for all concerned.

Thank you again. This is one very special group of people. I will keep you informed.

Sorry - I forget you are "J" too!! I meant "J" for Jeannie.... So, to clarify, you are ~J~ with the fancy do-hickies around your first initial and Jeannie is "J"!

Keep us posted! Glad they are re-thinking their decision. I always feel bad for the birds when they are rehomed. What must they think?

Jeannie, I agree with Kathie in that I'm glad they are re-thinking their decision. Thank you for stepping in and trying to help the bird.
