Three of my five are molting. Why do they have to do it at the same time...I have feathers everywhere. In the bathroom, bedrooms even the fridg.

lol, I hear your pain Susan. I've got feathers all over the plae, and when they molt, it looks like it snowed inside.

Today, I found 2 down feathers floating in my cofee.

Actually I would appreciate it if they would all do it at the same time. I swear mine have divided up the year and each selected a week to be their worst. Now I should have a couple of weeks off with that schedule, but I have not noticed yet!

I'm waiting. Zoey and Sophie are due for their molt. The other two seem to molt several times a year. lol

I thought a pillow exploded in the cage today. I've never seen so many feathers.

My husband figures that if I save all of Tobi's feathers, I could reconstruct a stuffed birdie friend for Tobi....I don't have as much of a mess as some of you, since Tobi is my only bird right now...I was at the pet store yesterday buying more toys and treats. They had some young budgies awwwww. I wanted to take them home, but I think I'll wait til summer since I have so far to travel back home with them..there I go again, running off at the fingers Sorry!

This weekend I was doing some cleaning. I pulled out the couch to vacuum behind it. OH MY GOODNESS! Feather heaven!
