Re: Cockatiel Needs a home Oh if I hadn't already bought one of those terrors I'd step up....I maybe could temp house him/her.... I haven't even gotten my own baby yet. If you need a last resort and swear to me this bird isn't going to eat me I will raise my hand ::says from hiding under her bedsheets:: It's taken me this long to actually feel comfortable without my baby here to maybe handle a cockatiel... I'm in Bergenfield NJ. And if I can't, I know the petstores I was looking at do rehomes and if I get a job at one I can make sure it goes to a good home.
EDIT: talked to my room mate, they said I can temp house for like 36-48 hours here if he or she needs it before being transported to another home. I would be able to drive the bird to a point if someone's a bit out there. I'm always up for these things because community service always looks good on a record, even if it has nothing to do with what ever job I apply to =)
