You mention having her nails trimmed. Have you thought about using a grooming perch? My birds use them (the concrete kind that are smooth on top so it won't irritate the skin on their feet) and they never need nail trims. Don't place as the highest perch in the cage as you don't want a bird to use it that much. Mine are near their food bowls so they step on them when they go to eat. Keeps their nails smooth and just the right length.

Cleo is a great name, eggs, cheese and wholewheat is a good meal to share. You have both come a long way.
