Hmmm let's see. Harley's cage gets clean paper and a grate wipe down every single day.....he likes to walk around on the grate so I have to be very diligent with him. Whole cage gets a big scrub down once a week. Maple's papers get changed every few days. She only sleeps in her cage at this point so it takes FOREVER to get messy. Hers also gets the once a week big scrub regardless.

As for food and water dishes...washed several times a day. They both usually eat on Harley's cage. The water is constantly a mess...Harley loves to throw anything and everything in there. So I'd say fresh water at least 4 or 5 times a day. His cage is also a flat top so I often serve them mashes/pastas/veggies (dinner in general) on a plate up there that they share.

Papers laid to protect floor get changed up daily. Sweep/vacuum daily. Floors washed once or twice a week. Often spot wash poop spots here and there as they happen.

Play stand gets taken apart and scrubbed as needed. Usually couple times a week. I can't line anything with paper that they can get too because my two will get into the paper (and inevitably the poo).

Toys gets cleaned every couple of weeks unless I notice dirt/poo/food etc...if so it's removed and washed straight away.

Oh ya...and this time of year...I wash THEM once a week heheh. They had a shower today in fact....my least favorite day...because I crank up the space heater and put it in the living room until they are totally dry through and through. So it gets warm in here. LOL...Plus....extra vacuuming on shower day...they both flap like crazy and stuff flies every which way ...hehehe.

So LOTS and OFTEN around here.

I clean the cage, wash grates, trays, wipe bars, etc once a week. Papers are usually 1-2times a week or as needed.. depends on how much of a mess my little piggies make with their veggies. Water bowls are once or twice a day, depending on quality. If there are any food particles or poop it gets changed and they get a clean bowl. New food/food bowl usually every couple days; they are all little so they don't eat a ton.

Cleo usually poops in one spot under one perch, so I am fortunate with that. I put a paper under that at least once a day. But that's just open the door and replace it. The papers in the trays get replaced maybe once a week, usually more. But unless she's molting, once a week. Cage wiped down as needed, no schedule there. Water change every day. She loves to make zupreem stew.
After the problem I had with Cecil becoming diabetic, I'm very cautious with her foods and that may lead to a cleaner cage. She is mostly on a strict Zupreem pellet diet. I'm very cautious with snacks. A diabetic bird is a scary thing. Very scary...a grape to "go home", pnuts to "step up" (that and some prayers and maybe even sacrifice a cow) and maybe some celery/apples just for kicks. She hates carrots. So, her diet is healthy and keeps her cage a little cleaner. Also, I do give her daily "kitchen sink recipe" stuff that I make which is just rice/13 bean mix and frozen veggies. She gets a heaping tablespoon of that a day. I mix it, freeze it and take out the nite before. She cleans that crock.
Water at least once a day.
Now...my daughter's tiel Dood. OMG what a nasty lil animal. It's impossible to keep his cage clean. He is a million times dirtier than Cleo. He's in complete hygienic arrest. Down flying everywhere, zupreem slung like a maniac. He turns the water bowl over. It's like a lockup room in the emergency room in his cage...avian madness.
But, he's happy!

The sleep cages don't get dirty or pooped in. The papers get changed about twice a week sometimes, mostly due to paper mache making. The paper outside the cage under the front door needs to be changed 2-3 times a day if they inside. They all poop from the drawbridge door. The needs to be changed to stop the dogs visiting.
The aviaries get cleaned, swept out, etc daily. the sleep cage gets hosed about once or twice a month. The aviaries get washed with sterilizer about every 4-6 weeks, other wise just washed down with water once a week.

All water gets changed at least twice a day because a lot of us know the recipe for parrot soup.
