i have to say, every time i look at eve i'm in awe... he's sooo good looking - i think if a greater vasa in need of a good home would ever cross my way, i wouldn't be able to say no... especially seeing your pics and how active, playful and integrated eve is in your home

Bee

There is one on consignment at TODD'S. It is a female and really intrigues me. She is very timid. Supposedly her former owner wanted to breed her but I do not know what happened.

I think she is only 2 so she is fairly young. If the situation was different for me I would think about "ransoming" her.

Yeah, Lilly is her name. She needs work but has so much potential. She's just shy and cage bound. I wish she would find a home.

I bet that female would tame down in two seconds of feed properly and was out of a store situation. Vasa's do not due well in stores, no matter how well taken care of. And with out meat in there diet....it greatly affects there behavior! Eve was that way, two days of meat made huge difference, the rest was about him feeling secure, 2 weeks later he was stepping up and waiting to be snuggled.
