Question Cage Help Please

So Eve desperately needs a new cage, but I do not want to risk china lead paint. Which means buying US for me. I like Kings cages, however the cages can not have screws as Eve has taken apart many cages and play stands. Basically if it has screws it will be a pile of metal on the floor within days. Kings uses screws. Anybody know of any made in the US cage that does not use screws? It has already been suggested to get my existing cage (avian adventures) repainted, but it is not the paint that is the issue, over time the cage has warped, due to many moves. And thing like the lock on the food dishes are falling apart, same with the door lock, the grate no longer slides out for cleaning. And I would like to go a little larger. Eve cage is small for him, (30x24) but he only sleeps in it, so I've gotten away with it for a while. But why not go bigger if I want a new cage. Any ideas?

I have Kings. Alex and Afa will unscrew anything. I have no issues with them. All of the screw heads are on the outside and require a ratchet. I highly recommend Kings!

Kimba, what about a new Avian Adventures. I did read a letter from them stating NO LEAD but they also carry Stainless Steel.

I think Featherland is also Stainless and no screws.

I have a King for the Budgies. Guess they couldn't take the screws out though.

Eve has a very good talent for taking apart cages. It doesn't matter what kind of screw either. She took the stand off of one cage. I can home and the cage was balanced but not attach on the stand. A door could have slammed and the cage would have toppled. He took the play top off of one cage, and he managed to unscrew all the panels of another cage, making the cage fall inside itself, he almost killed himself that time. His nickname is the flying screwdriver.
