Bird Therapy - Read my Post!

Please read my response to Kathy's request for info on taking her bird in the nursing home. New Jersey's laws are specific on this matter and if you fail to comply with it and get caught you will be fined and your bird confiscated - IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK!
