Talking Avian depilatory..Pic included

HOW TO PREEN A BALD HEAD
(sorry for the blurr, it was quick)
Cleo was wandering around the living room today. I was reading, she was veryyy quiet as she Spidermanned up the side of the sofa and sat behind me. All of a sudden I feel this pick on the back of my bald head and my family was laughing..a big green bird was preening my bald head.
I had about a day's growth of stubble on it and apparantly, the stubble was out of order for her. So....she PLUCKED it. ouch. No bite, just nibbled around, then "POP" I was minus a hair. Guess she likes her men a lil more refined and clean than me.
I was sitting there on the couch and she just sat back there after I told her NO thank you! She sat quietly back behind me for about 30-45 minutes, just sitting there. Then, I realized how dangerous it could be with a rehomed Zon unguarded behind my head. I mean, she could quickly zip my noggin open like a vienna can.
But, she was fine. I thnk she liked it. We did some hand stuff awhile "gimme claw" and all that, then I let her go back to shredding tp on her cage.
It's still hard to understand how we can get along so well, but when I ask her to step up, I might as well be asking for a little off the sides. OH....haha, I got that from her today, so nevermind.
Anyways, thought ya'll would get a laugh outta this one.
Mark...a little shinier.

That's very funny & painful! Ouch!

Our Budgies are quite concerned about my husband's look as well. They must think my hair is too much work. They go for his beard - the Goatee or whatever it's called & his wild Scott's eyebrows. They've helped me, as I am the trimmer & whenever they give him a hard time i say, 'See the birds think you need grooming'.
