Amusing story on Parrot nutrition...

this weekend I had a friend stop by wiht her 2 year old daugher. While we were chatting the husband called, so I thought I would entertain the daughter while hte mom was on the phone. My idea was to let her feed the birds their snack mix. So I gave her the seed bag, showed her how to feed the birds, ( my birds are very gentle wiht kids - or spedifically with people with food...) I then got a little distracted in fiddling with the bird cage, and looked over to see the little girl was removing items from the snack bag and giving one ot the birds, one for her, one to the birds, one for her... hehe. So I"m assuming parrot chow is good tasting for people too!
