Yeah but now there are starting to be some photos of the perps and their license plates spread around. One guy has actually been traced to his home and his name publicized. I hope it's going to improve.
Also the firefighters are getting ticked off because idiots are putting netting out on the fire escapes and leaving it there for them to trip on.
