Geesh, this is like picture night for me, lol!

So last Saturday morning (I know, its taken me a while to post these) I wake up to come downstairs to this. Please pardon the mess, we're still finishing up with the kitchen remodeling







My dad was holding Lucy and my mom had Echo out. Well, when he had to put Lucy down, he just set her down on the same perch as Echo. So Icome downstairs, see that, take a few steps and then I'm like- WOW- HOLD UP, WHAT DID I JUST SEE? Yes, its true. Of course, I was freaking out but they were fine. A little weary of each other, butperfectly fine.

Thanks! They're like "Uhhh..." then its like "Hello, how are you" and "Yea, we're cool". Its really funny how well they get along together. Lucy and Harley pretty much hate each other and Harley doesn't really like Echo, lol!

Maybe now they will spend more time together.

My guys hang out on the same perch all the time. Not Mr Buddy though, he's a bully. But Occy and Alex seek each other out to play. I could never separate them. Once we took Alex out for a nail trim. We came back to find Occy so upset he puked. He was all quivery. Its nice when they love each other like that.

It reallyis nice. I'm hoping that Lucy and Echo will get to the point where they'll be able to preen each other and such. My first experience with an ekkie was when we were taking our birds to the boarding place. There was a male ekkie and grey there together, Cani and Ezeri. Long story short, they were talking back and fourth like a real conversation! I've heard of many other instances where ekkies and greys get along like that. When I got Lucy, I really hoped that they would be able to get along like that. I don't want to riush things, but I am really happy about this!
