Here's the scoop on bird CPR and Rescue breathing. It is very similar to techniques used on humans, but with a few important differences.

This is a great article, but I am ROFL over the "don't try this on a conscious bird" warning. I'm so glad Resusi-Annie has a fid, she has been alone in that case for so long in her baggie sweatsuit!

Absolutely, like human CPR always check the breathing, airway and pulse before starting the technique. I am very surprised and happy to see a fid Resusi-Annie looking so cute in her baggie sweatsuit.
