Default Oh MY Nerves Are Boiling Over LOL

Well every night as I am making dinner Kally our YCM sits on the counter while I make and perpare the food,. Anyways, everything I leave on the counter that is not heavy like a spoon, peice of pepper or cut up potato, she seems to think it is alright for her to throw it off the counter........then makes this little sound as if to say hehehehehe LOL

This is one big game for her, because I have to bend down and pick everything up off the floor, LOL

Do your birds to this?????

Ingrid, this may come in handy someday when you're in a hurry. You can park her there and put the waste basket right by the counter!

Mine don't help clear the counters for me, but I have one that is in heaven if I empty the sink for her and give her a bowl full of water in there to drink out of.

I don't let the goons into the kitchen. Too much stuff for them to get into, in there!

But wherever they are, they'll grab anything not nailed down, that's for sure! And of course, they always wanna play "fetch"--with me being the one doing the fetching.

Ollie sits on the counter while I get her breakfast around (nothing that needs cooked on the stove) and then she eats it there also. I cherish our morning time together. She will bang the silverware against bowls then drop the fork on the floor and giggle. She loves to climb up on the set of suger/flower,b.suger containers and run back and forth from one to the other. I love hearing her giggle- even if she's being a pest I can't help but give her the attention she is looking for!

Stevie climbs the drawers, we have 2 areas with 4 drawers in the kitchen. She climbs up the handles, and pulls out the top drawer a bit and sits on it. She does the same thing in the bathroom.

Too cute, same thing happens here, depending on the bird. If it is Ginger, I can occupy her by giving her a damp wash cloth and she proceeds to clean my counters instead of bugging me!

LOL! She is a mess, she lets me know if she has something on her cage to be cleaned either by making a squirt sound or mimicking the steamer...LOL! Drives me nuts at times! But funny too!
