Question Legacy Cages : SS Made in the USA

Legacy Cages: Stainless Steel Cages That Are Made In The USA

they haven't launched their cage line yet, but i am very curious. has anyone heard of this company or know anything more than what is provided on the website?

as of now, i am looking at getting a wekiwa cage from freedom cages; it's the best and largest SS cage i've been able to find that i can afford. but i am always open to new ideas, i won't be able to afford the cage for a few months still.

First I've heard of them. Looks interesting, hopefully they'll have pictures available soon.

Edit to add: Boy, that Wekiwa sure is one beautiful looking cage!

it is, and the owner of freedom cages is a GREAT guy. he talked to me for like a half hour about hy the cages are guaranteed hy proof. i doubt i would be swayed from them, but you never know! i like to keep my options open.

i COULD deal without the $3400 price tag though lol.

I will be looking forward to viewing their line. I have had concerns with all of our cages one way or another. I really like the feeders on the outside of the Freedom cage you are considering.

i love those feeders! ivy currently has bowls that are outside her cage, but i don't like how they are attached to the cage. the covers on the freedom cage bowls are made of jet windshield materiel!! geez, i can't even imagine if her bowls were on the inside of her cage, she would throw them everywhere lol!

I have to lock them down as they remove them. They aren't on the inside, but can easily be dislodged. I, too, am still looking for the perfect cage and wonder if the designers have large birds. LOL

it sounds like you have a similar system to what i have right now. it sure seems like most cage designers don't design with the bird in mind, that's for sure! the guy at freedom sure seems to know his stuff though.

Emily-
Marks Cages are fantastic you cant beat the quality or the prices !! And his customer service is phenomenal !!! I know him personally and I could talk your ear off about his cages I LOVE them. The feeders are truely amazing and unique, easy to clean and hold up to those big beaks. A fellow bird friend of mine has one of his cages that she got when adopting her bird and she loves it. If I could afford to replace all my cages I would replace them all with Freedom Cages.
I know you'll enjoy your new cage as much as Ivy will : )

Cassie, do you find that yours have any hesitation about putting their heads into the shielded opening to eat?
