Default Cockatiel chatter

Thoughs of you with Cockatiels, do you understand the different chirping noises and sounds that they make? Some one told me that different chirps mean different things...Is there a site that can tell you what the differences are. The book I have shows some body language but doesn't say much about chirps.

Lately Tobi makes these real low soft chirping noises and paces back and forth. Then stops and rubs up to one of her hanging toys on her play gym. I was wondering what it meant...Now don't laugh, but do birds go into some sort of heat when they are ready to mate? I'm thinking that Tobi is using her toy to replace the male for companionship....
