None. My birds get gloop, fruits, veggies and greens during the day and a very small portion of seeds, nuts and pellets for dinner.

Ollie has pellets available at all times. Other dry foods she loves include Lafeber's Avicakes (1/day) and Nutriberries. I also hide a few almonds throughout her cage in different foraging toys. Sometimes I also do that with Nutriberries.

Eve gets almonds in the shell inside foraging toys, occasionally nutraberries, and pellets are always in his cage, but he is only in his cage for sleeping or his afternoon nap. Sometimes Eve will get a small amount of cereal, rice cakes, plain popcorn, or small pieces of granola bars.

I agree with the foraging. Your baby is young and you've gotten her off to a great start with healthy fresh food choices. This also would be the perfect time to get her started on foraging for healthy dry food choices during the day to keep her mind and body active.

Be careful with almonds, they are very high in vitamin E and bring birds into breeding condition. Nutricakes and nutriberries have soy in them, be careful about them, too.

Ruby has pellets, avi cakes, nutriberries, cherrios, dried peas, corn, carrots, and dried pastas. Then I hide some nuts and 1 wheat cracker that she tears the cage apart looking for! ha
