My HH Lucy will hopefully be coming home sometime during the first week of November I am scheduled to drive to meet her current mommy on the 6th....But her mommy's health and my own have not been good...

But here are some pics anyways...

First I wanted to say that I'm glad your back... and secondly the HH babies that we had at BP 80 % were skitzo's and really didnt want to be bothered with...But the adult HH's that I've met that have been socialized properly are real lovebugs...Lucy's mommy tells me he is a lovie...I can't contain my excitement this is really an oppertunity of a lifetime !

She's beautiful!! How old is she? I've seen one HH in a pet store, but he was unable to be handled. They are gorgeous birds.

Hawkheads are one of my dream birds and I hope to have one or two down the road. I've only met one in person before and that was at a petshop. He was very bonded to one of girls who worked there and was told he was not friendly with anyone else. I love those neck feathers!

I am so envious, Cassie! Can't wait to hear all about yours -- love the photo of Lucy with the cracker. Congrats!

I hope the pickup goes well. And of course I look forward to Lucy stories - I'm very interested in learning more about the HHs.
