I've never given any thought to what would happen to my parrots if I wasn't around to take care of them anymore. But after a head on collision that totaled my car this weekend, I thought about it. Yes, I have a BF, but he is not the primary caregiver and doesn't know where their medical records are, what they like to eat, and everything else. does anyone have a 'Plan' in place in case something happens? I should probably be more diligent in that area.

If bf wouldn't want Ollie (fairly certain he would), then my parents would take her. My parents are young, mid 40's, and my dad and Ollie love each other. (My parents already care for Dakota, Mollie, and Mira at this point in time). Ollie has a 3 ring binder full of all of her information, vet info, breeder's #, diet info, etc. I need to update it though- may be a project for this weekend.

My nine year old granddaughter will inherit all my birds. Hopefully she will be out on her own by that time.
