I've been speaking to a guy from craigslist about this tree stand... He wants $150, but he seems really nice, actually asked if I would birdsit his OWA in a few months (doubt I'll do it though) ....

anyways, its been a few weeks since he posted it and it hasnt been sold yet, I'm pretty sure I can get him down to at least $100..

yes, he said he bought it years ago when he bought the bird, and he never used it. He never bothered getting the bird used to it... it went in the garage and has been sitting there ever since

It would be good for the zons, but do you guys think it would be too small for Jewel? they are pretty pricey in the stores, so I'm thinking $150 isnt bad?

i think the price is good, and since you have 2 zons it'll definitely be used - i'd guess that jewel will like it too, though she might get into the "destructive mode"

Oh, you betcha' I'd snag it! I'd try to get him to $100, but I'd go $150. Looks like a great stand, and yes, they are pricey! Just be sure to sterilize well.
